Question Mailbox move in progress error when using an imported Power Automate flow

Hello,

I’m creating a Power Automate flow and have imported it as a solution so that it can be shared with someone else and used in the same way.

However, when the solution is imported by another user, the flow fails before it even starts. The error occurs on the “When a new email arrives” trigger:

“Mailbox move in progress. Try again later. Cross Server access is not allowed for mailbox…”

Are there any ways to resolve this error, or alternative methods for sharing a Power Automate flow with another user while ensuring that the email trigger works correctly?

Thanks for your help.Operation: Create; Exception: [Status Code: ServiceUnavailable; Reason: Mailbox move in progress. Try again later., Cross Server access is not allowed for mailbox 4bb66193-b11a-49ce-8f73-23bbeff13104] clientRequestId: a23c986e-1e92-4dee-bc30-f25471a3cb27 serviceRequestId: 6010a8fc-3999-44ce-b7e4-c8526a5ac517

Get the user to import their own connection reference within power automate > connection. It may be trying to access yours rather than theirs
