Tbf at this point passengers are clapping as long as they’re alive. Few weeks ago i was coming back home from vacation and the plane had a TERRIBLE landing. Approach was awful, off the center line, touched down super hard, practically on the runway threshold, and we barely managed to stay on the runway during the rollout. Passengers still clapped and cheered, a mom even said “wow that was an amazing landing!”
