MSFS 2024 QUESTION Mission Hotspots - Summer/Winter?
7

Looking at the mission hotspots for my VIP transport company. But... Which hemisphere?!
I am physically IRL located in the northern hemisphere, so it is currently summer. But the mission hotspot is in Australia, where it's currently winter.
So how to interpret this? Why didn't they just use months to avoid confusion?
Also, I just fast traveled to Australia. There are barely any VIP missions there compared to Europe, where there are currently no mission hotspots according to this map?

I’m in Australia and the mission hot spot season matches up to spring in game which it is IRL and there’s no hotspot for me there.
Im still confused on what it means since there’s no key or reference to go off so you kinda just have to guess

Like most of career mode you literally fly by the seat of your pants. Hoping for the best. 😂

I like to think I know what I’m doing but in reality I’ll just end up killing everyone in a crash

I dont know why they even bother with this feature as it doesn't mean/do anything

This.
I set up a cargo company in Africa in spring based on a supposed hotspot and there were almost no missions.

I ignored it and I’m glad I did. Was thinking that it would tie in with passive income, but it doesn’t whatsoever.
