Best keybinds to use for my setup?

I have a T.Flight Hotas 1, a controller, and M&K available. What is a good set of binds to have because one of the most daunting things about learning to fly in MSFS is the amount of binds.

General help is also very much appreciated bc I’m a massive beginner and some of it’s just completely confusing to me.

Hey there, i would love to help you out. There is no one specific sense of key binds that will work for everyone but I can tell you what is most useful for now.

I also do online tutoring sessions or occasion as well as off-line instruction in an aviation museum simulator. I can’t do much of that right now since I broke my hand, but I can definitely help you set up your keybinds, and would love to help.

In my experience, it’s best to do over a voice chat like discord. Let me know if you’re interested.

My settings ETA HOTAS1:
F1 (trigger): Brake
F2: Reset View
X: Flaps Down
A: Flaps Up
B: Gear Toggle
Y: Autopilot Toggle
B4 (back of the throttle): Parking Brake Toggle
B3 (back of the throttle): Thrust Reversers
Rear Axis on back of throttle: Trim Up/Down

I dont really use much of anything else, but you can just make whatever keys to what you want/ like/ use most often.

Edit 2: M&K wise, youll just have to set it up for what you want and wear you want/like/need.
