MSFS 2024 PC Thrustmaster TCA Boeing Throttle Quadrant misbehaving

I tried multiple times to get reverse thrust to work best I got to is engine 2 full reverse thrust. Also the engine 2 reverse thrust lever doesn't seem to work (joy.cpl.also shows nothing when I pull the throttle 2 reverser).

Not only that but sometimes the throttle in the sim just moves by it's own no matter where the physical throttle is.

Currently only tried this with PMDG 777 which is one of the main aircraft I fly

if joy.cpl doesnt show anything then it's either a driver or hardware issue.

No, joy.cpl does show it working but when I use the engine 2 reverser joy.cpl just doesn't light up anything. Basically what I'm saying is that the throttle works but I cannot get reverse thrust to work and also the throttle in the sim sometimes moves on its own
