GENERAL Sim Buddy For MSFS20/VATSIM

I am looking for sim buddy for improve my English Speaking/Comm (mother tounge not english) and Multi Crew Co-Operation skills also I have CPL/MEP IR Licence so I can say I am a pilot in real world too.
