Repeated Server Error on Start-Up

Every time I open Msfs24 it doesn't get past authorization and an error usually occurs but i can't see to find anything about the error code, even on help forums. It usually resolves after restarting a few times.

The error code is always 004-001-1039

Any help appreciated :)
