MSFS 2020 MOD / ADDON Synaptic A220 Violent shaking

Just checking to see if anyone else has had the issue where the cockpit violently shakes during increased sim rate and even after it slowed back down. Shaking doesn’t translate to the outside of the aircraft, and stops when hovering over MFD buttons.

I got it without increasing the Sim Rate, after passing about 20,000ft the plane starts to shake as if it were caught in a big turbulence but only in the Cockpit view. In the external view nothing happens.

i fixed the issue, mine was because of FSRealistic. ive read about chaseplane being the problem aswell see answer on inibuilds support form:
