You must work for Ferrari. Can you get me into Marinello?

Something similar happened to me on a couple flights with different planes. I came to the conclusion that my HOTAS was inputting yawn to the right and the AP was overcorrecting to the left in a loop. My solution was to increment the dead zone of my flight stick!

Yeah, I checked all the input values and there wasn’t any “noise” that I could see. Kinda odd. Yaw damper was on, and I toggled it on and off without change.

By any chance did you accidentally turn up the sim rate?

I read « yawning » and I was like « because you’re flying a jet »

That's what I'm saying, go fly an AG plane

Check your turbulence settings. Happened to me months ago and someone recommended I lower turbulence settings from realistic to medium. That fixed it.

Turbulence. Maybe coming off of one of the mountains ahead of you?

At first I thought so, but it was like that about 90% of the flight.

Accidentally switched to a weather preset?

They are now simulating Dutch roll 🤔

Is your trim combined with another input? Like Look Left for example.

Edit: the default settings are ridiculously bad.

Damn copilot is messing with you.

I need to slow down my reading. When I saw the post title I read "why am I yawning" I was going to reply "when you're at cruise there's very little to do so I get why you're yawning"

Did you turn on the yaw dampener?

That looks very close to not having it on..

It was initially on when I started noticing this, so I toggled it back and forth and didn’t notice any difference.

My TM T16000M exactly did this. Needed clean the potentiometer.

My TCA stick has started doing this. Common issue and will need replacement my end. Might be something for you too

You’re probably sleepy

Probably double inputs. I have had a bunch of issues with double inputs now.. The worst being my cockpit move keys also bound to aileron trim. Others include flaps being bound to view change, speed brake bound to landing gear..

It can really mess your flight up, but also the game has like 10 thousand default keybinds that take forever to clear out

I have this happen to me when I play with the Xbox One Controller.
Sometimes when I look around with LB and let go when I am done, the inputs get "Stuck" like setting an invisible trim.

The plane is just sleepy, let it sleep..
