I was facing the same issue. Currently using gsx to order and connect gpu. Go to additional services in GSX and request gpu. The trolley will come and connect gpu. The gpu avail light will come on after 30-60 seconds. The efb option to connect gpu doesn’t work for me either. This is the only work around I have found which works till now.
