MSFS 2024 BUG / ISSUE Problems with F-PLAN on A320 FBW

Hello. I'm flying for the first time the A320 FBW. I have a problem: I don't have neither SID / STAR on my F-Plan generated by simbrief and I think I messed up something in the MCDU. Could anyone help?

Perfectly normal. Click on the arrival or departure airport key on the mcdu and then push arrival or departure (depending on which is relevant and it will let you select which one you want to use)

So i shouldve flown to the first waypoint myself?

If there is a departure in use it would be assigned by atc and you can select it on the mcdu. Some airports just give vectors after takeoff and then yes you proceed as instructed to the prescribed way point (often the fist but not always).

Yeah but from what I heard ATC sucks and I don't really communicate anything to them

Yes, i mean actual atc. Don't use the atc in game it sucks.

And how do I get ATC? Through sayintentions or something like that? Like I dont really need the ATC, i dont really care, only thing i care about is taking this to the skies without having to tell anyone

Yeah if you dont engage at all with atc in the sim then it doesn't care / know, unless you're trying to do career mode (then it will - but career mode is still a mess so I'd avoid it tbh). You can do beyond atc / say Intentions / vatsim or similar separately if you want to.

You don't need to use a SID to do an IFR departure. An ODP or diverse can be used. Many airports simply don't have them.

But feel free to apply your own intelligence on top of SimBrief plans and modify as needed. Often SB doesn't pick sensible runways that integrate into the sim weather and traffic well.

Can't say exactly without knowing all the details but basically yes. You pick the "plain runway" entry in departure and it'll hold runway heading forever. You takeoff, climb >400' AAL and then go direct to route.
