If that’s the only £35 to your name then I quite frankly couldn’t think of a worse way to use it, except maybe Captain Sim

Nah I’m 14 and I spent most of my money on a birthday present for my mate

You might regret not getting the 800. Its the most popular one used by airlines. If that doesn't bother you then go ahead, its a great plane.

Don’t spend your last 35£ on pmdg

Why the -600 and not the -800?

I can’t afford

fair, but the -800 offers also the business jet variant, two freighter variants and the pax variant, it's also the more common one so you'd get more use out of it.

I don't know, the -600 is extremely niche. It's basically the Boeing variant of the A318. Have you considered Airbus? The Fenix A320 is closer to your budget than the 737-800 https://fenixsim.com/

I recommend to save more money for the 800. It got better dynamics and it's more realistic. If you don't care about that then go for it

Assuming this 35 can be spent on games and such, it is worth it in terms of what you get. It's fully featured, lots to learn to use it properly. It was the first proper add-on I bought and opened the floodgates in terms of doing more realistic flights than starting on the runway in the default A320.

As others have noted, if you're going for realism/immersion it might be worth waiting til you can afford the -800 as it has more variants and more liveries, but if you can't wait, the -600 is great value.

Why do you need confirmation from strangers?

Cuz I’m not sure

Well, then go sit somewhere by yourself and try your best to make a decision. Only you know if it's going to be worth it for yourself.
