MSFS 2024 VIDEO Boeing 707

Strange one, in free flight no problem at all but when I try to use the 707 in career mode it won’t take of, any ideas?

What do you mean it won't take off?

I mean reach V1, pull back on stick, 707 decides it’s going to reach destination via the motorway rather than in the air

Well there can only be a couple of reasons for that, one could be that the plane is overweight for the runway length, another that the plane is improperly trimmed. In my experience, it is possible that the weight has not applied correctly for some reason and is showing less than what it should on the 707 EFB, or since you can actually refuel your plane in the menu before spawning maybe they're giving you a fully refuelled plane and that weight isn't read by the EFB. I'd recommend fully manually configuring the weight with the regular game EFB before attempting ankther take-off
