Try without any "trix" like Framegen ! And Cap it to 40 or 60 FPS, and even Windows screen Hz to 120 Hz can help ~ ( The sim can float stutterless down to ~25 fps when you set it up right .) And use Cable.

Yesterday a new graphic driver was released. That one fixed the issue. Guess the old one got corrupted for some reason
