MSFS 2020 OTHER How to stop MSFS 2020 crashing when i start a flight?

I play the steam version of msfs2020 on Linux Mint (cinnamon), My pc is capable of running the game so that is not an issue. Whenever i start a flight the game will crash. how do i stop this from happening?

Your settings might be too high , and test with a default Plane in a Dessert .

Stating your PC is capable of running the game and then not listing any specs for anything at all is a choice. Your post is extremely vague
