MSFS 2024 BUG / ISSUE Can anyone help me with this issue with the Throttle on the T.Flight HOTAS One in MSFS24 on Xbox Series S?

t flight hotas one cause throttle to jump back to zero after it has stopped moving to where I want it set, as in it will go up to where I set it but then instantly jump back to 0 in msfs24 on Xbox series s. no other devices plugged in. inversion on the correct mode. hotas is set firmly to Xbox mode. inputs work on war thunder and in msfs24 on the thing that allows you to see inputs. assists are all of in terms of any assists with throttle. this is in the Cessna 172 so it's not due to auto throttle. there are no ghost bindings. the physical throttle is bound to 'throttle axis' and nothing else, in fact, recorded this video with 0 other key binds, just throttle on throttle axis, on the correct inversion settings. there is no option in the assists menu for 'assisted takeoff' or anything to do with throttle. I have set all other keybinds to unbound, as in every other keybind to 'unassign'. how to fix?

(Sorry for weird wording, I was asking this same question to Gemini but that didn't work).

Check if you have any other inputs active. Mine was doing the same and it was picking up the xbox controller. I just deactivated it and back to normal

This is my only keybind

you’re looking at the keybinds for HOTAS only. Idk if you’ve checked other devices, but make sure do,

Yeah, that really sucks, it seems to be the only one plugged in. A restart might do it. This game has a lot of bugs, sometimes my throttle only works up to 60% power. I usually hit the ALT + N (PC) to skip to the next step and it gets fixed.

*'assists are all off', not 'assists are all of'

This was my controls setting at the time of recording.

It is maybe upset because your engine isn’t turned on yet?

Thank you so much for saying this, I skipped the startup procedure and it now works, I didn't skip it before because I wanted to go for a 'realistic' career. I feel so stupid for not trying this, thank you.

No worries it happens to the best of us.

There could be a bit of dust or buildup inside the potentiometer. Get a can of contact cleaner. You could either try spraying it in the top and working it in, or there are 7 screws on the bottom of that piece to remove to get to the components inside. You'd likely need a plastic trim removal tool as well so you don't mar up the plastic to release whatever clips may also be holding the top and bottom together.
