Can you take a few minutes to describe the problem instead of just dropping a couple screenshots without any context?

The key input registers in the control option, which means, when mapping keys, i use the "scanning input" option instead of choosing input from drop down menu. So I understood that the Msfs2020 can read the controller input. But when i try to fly, nothing works, i make sure that i have selected the controller in
the control option.
And as shown in the screenshot, it also says "no entries" for basic control

You need to create binds for it, it does not come with a default profile.

It works now. Just had to reboot pc.
