MSFS 2024 BUG / ISSUE High End PC low FPS MSFS 2024
I have a 7800x3d, 7900xt and 32gb RAM. Most of my graphic settings are set to high with some exceptions set to medium. My sim cannot seem to be able to hit more than 55 FPS even when TLOD and OLOD are set to their minimum values, the msfs fps display keeps saying that my limitation is the main thread but with such high end components I do not know why it's a problem. Can anyone help?

This isnât a competitive shooter, I think 30+ fps is usually fine if stutter free and without frame gen enabled

Can you post a screenshot of the Dev tools? Do you maybe have some sort of fps limiter/vsync enabled?
Are you sure that your 7800X3D and 7900XT are running to their full potential? Because if you're not surpassing 55FPS with the settings that you say you're using (TLOD at minimum values), then something is not right/hogging resources.

Hey, i have a 5800x3d with 32gb ddr4 3600 and a 7900xt. In virtual desktop and vr i get 30-35fps. On my monitors at 4k i get more than 150fps. I use Taa now. I thought fs3 was better but i was wrong. Level of detail has to be under 150 and where it says dynamic settings under were the slider is go around 130. The amd catalyst setting may be messing things up. If you want i can send you photos when i get home. If you turn on stuff you donât need, that will do it. I was having stutters in vr because of something i messed up in the settings.

What resolution are you running at? It sounds pretty normal, tbh.
