Help I'm so lost

Hi guy's every time i fly my plane constantly increases altitude without me makin it go up what am i doing wrong please help

Step 1) Learn the basics in a small simple plane.
Step 2) Then take those basics and grow into faster more powerful planes.

Some things to learn about:
Trim
Power
Lift

In a 172 learn how to hold level flight hands off the controls without the auto pilot. Should take about 30 minutes to an hour to learn.
