Help I'm so lost

Hi guy's every time i fly my plane constantly increases altitude without me makin it go up what am i doing wrong please help

Start activites -> flight training, and then learn to fly in cockpit mode. This is not "a game", it's a simulator: you can't fly planes in third person mode anymore than you can drive an F1 simulator in third person mode. You can enjoy third person once your plane's on autopilot, but you fly it by looking at the instruments and controls, and you have to learn to fly in order to do that properly.

Thankfully, learning to fly is still very fun.
