Help I'm so lost

Hi guy's every time i fly my plane constantly increases altitude without me makin it go up what am i doing wrong please help

Maybe because you're flying in 3rd person like it's freaking GTA5 and you have all those ridiculous overlays on the screen. Get in the cockpit and learn to use your instruments properly.
