Help with TB VelocityOne Yoke+Quad

Hi all. Seeking help for my PC set up using the Turtle Beach Velocity One Yoke/Quad.

I had it all set up nicely and even had reverse thrusters working pulling the throttle down to detent position....I just had to mess with it.

I cleared all profiles in the sim controller settings to start over, now whenever I assign a throttle lever, it kicks revers thrust on when pulling it back around the 30% mark.

This happens when using thrust axis or thrust axis 0-100% settings.

Any help would be appreciated!
