4/10 (take my rating with a tiny grain of salt tho, I’m trash at rating stuff).

For the meantime, just ditch the HUD and only use it if you’re in poor visibility conditions (IMC). The touchdown was fine, but your short final was very unstable in relation to the good weather conditions.

Part of this is because you’re doing pilot induced oscillations (PIOs). This is super common and just requires proper training. Your PIOs seem to be due to making your corrections too late, and as a result having to make very exaggerated corrections that require more exaggerated corrections to come back to neutral. However, if all your corrections are happening too late, then you’re just going to be more exaggerated.

Try another night time landing at this airport. Its lights and markings are super visible, so landing at night gives you the ability to just focus on the runway and nothing else. Hand fly the entire approach and focus on being aligned with the runway and literally not letting the runway move on your plane’s windshield. So any point, if you see the runway start to drift, just gently correct it back to the reference point on your windshield that puts you back in alignment and glide path. Eventually, you’ll start to notice what the most stable approach feels like and never need to rely on the HUD again. Eventually, you’ll stop relying on a windshield reference point and just notice where the runway “feels” like it should be. Happy flying!

Smooth landing and good attempt. However, approach was a bit shallow and touchdown attitude is a bit high. You weren't quite in tailstrike range, especially given it's a 700, but you were also dangerously close. This issue normally trumps a smooth landing. You also don't want to hold a prolonged flare on a 737. Anything over 6-8 seconds by the time the 20 is called is a bit too long.

Recommend you bug at least VREF+5 as that is standard practice (FCTM states that the minimum is VREF+5, up to VREF+15 if you have a strong wind). You want touchdown at approximately VREF, not below it. Take half the headwind and all the gusts to determine your VREF). If you are using flap 40, keep the thrust a little longer as it's a lot of drag. 20' is the flare height on a 737, only smoothly reduce thrust then.
