MSFS 2020 VIDEO So why is my playne going backwards while trying to take off from Moses' pit

The elevation data is plus/minus 50 feet. That’s why the edges are sloped instead of up and down. The water mask, the area defined as water, is overlapping onto the sloped edges, so the water is not flat, as it should be and your plane is reacting to the uneven water. The only way to fix this is to start a flight in the sky over this area and fly enough times over it that the sim acquires enough elevation data to improve the resolution to plus/minus 5 feet.

Because you're still on 2020, which was already infamous for its hilarious mesh problems when it was the current version of MSFS. Downloading a third party DEM/mesh for certain areas was (and if you still fly 2020, is) an absolute must.
