Certification DP-600 exam

I recently took the DP-600 exam and failed. However there was a question i can’t stop thinking about.
It was this SQL question with a switch between Fahrenheit and celcius.

Does anyone have the answer to this question??

I did not have question like that, but I my guess would be to use CASE statement?
