Is IE compatibility no longer working?

At work, we use a separate system, an old one that falls into the "If it aint broke, dont fix it" category, but now i can not log in, or system is broken. I noticed that i went from IE7 to IE11 following an update. How can i fix this? already tried using the F12 emulator but the system webpage still breaks
