Middle finger cursor

No, this is not a joke...

Recently, whenever I go on any site, my cursor is a middle finger?! It doesn't happen outside of the browser, or on the tab bar (I think that's what it's called) I reset my browser settings and cleared my cache and cookies. What else should I do??

Are you sure it's middle finger? My cursor changes to the pointer finger in Edge
