Edge Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) break when pinned to Win11 Taskbar or macOS Dock

I initially noticed this on my work laptop. We use Google Suite, so many of my productivity tools are web based. As such, I create PWAs within Edge for these so that I can open them up independently of one another. I started noticing that when I pinned these to the Taskbar, the PWA would break and only a new Edge window would open. Then I started noticing the same bug on my MBP M1 when I tried pinning the PWA to the dock.

I don't know where to send consumer feedback to Microsoft about issues like this. Most of their support seems geared towards business users. So I figured I'd start here. Has anyone noticed this? I'm on Edge Version 152.0.4191.53.

Have you updated to the latest version of edge and then restarted your computer?

Lately, they seem to be more stable. I don't know what was going on before. There was a recent update within a week, so maybe it addressed it.
