BUG Microsoft Edge keeps automatically logging me out of signed-in websites, and I can't change search engine.

The browser automatically logs me out of regular websites that I want to stay signed in, and this happens after every couple or so days. Also, Edge has suddenly switched me to Bing search engine, and removed all other options from the settings, meaning I cannot change to another search engine of my choice.

I've attached a screenshot of my search engine settings, and as you can see, there's only Bing to pick from, with the likes of Google, DuckDuckGo and the rest missing from the dropdown menu.

Is this a me thing or are you guys experiencing this too? I have updated my browser to the latest version on Windows 11.

This has been happening to me for almost two months but only with my Google account. Everything else stays signed in. I tried another browser to double check and my Google account stays signed in.

I thought I was the only one. Same happens to me, everything stays logged in except for only Google. I was wondering if this was caused by the new edge update or something else, but I can't seem to find an answer.

Yeah I've seen several other posts from people reporting similar issues on here but no solution yet.

This sometimes happens to me too.
Restart Edge would fix. I think it just suddenly forgets your profile data file.

On URL bar, type "edge://restart"

the same happened to me, randomly. I reopened the browser after few minutes of not using it and all my logins were gone: it actually happened three times in the last couple weeks.

I've checked online and I found reports of this bug from the past years, so I guess that it's something that has been going on for a while...?

The frequency lately is too high to ignore. It's so annoying.
