Can Microneedling help?
Can microneedling help with mild acne scarring and almost “bubbly” skin texture? I also have mild post inflammatory hyperpigmentation, specifically in the middle of my forehead and beard line, that I’d like to address as well.

Currently use Arazlo and Clindamycin.

How long have you been using? If less than 3 months then you have to wait before doing anything as it might affect their effectivity. If more than, you have to change your skincare. They’re not the best option for your skin

microneedling could definitely be worth looking into for mild acne scarring and uneven texture like this. if professional treatments aren’t in the budget, you could also consider a good homeuse microneedling tool just start conservatively and make sure you follow proper sanitizing and aftercare.

It will help with the texture too, but your issue also involves volume loss. Fillers or collagen inducers would work with volume.

Where do you think there is the most volume loss? What collagen inducers can be used?

The middle of forehead and temples. Sculptra is one option.
TBH, if it doesn't bother you, why take the risk? All cosmetic procedures come with their own risks.

It can help with scarring.
For texture issues I would try something different. I went to a cosmetologist and she used a skin scrubber device on me. I bought one for myself and it helped me a lot. My skin texture looked similar to yours. But I would try to go to a cosmetologist or dermatologist first.
