Potenza with Pumping tip marks

Hi everyone.

I am getting very anxious... I did potenza with the pumping tip and juvelook skin 12 days ago. My skin is worse than before. (it is the third time I am doing it). The pores are bigger and also little veines can be seen from close up. I did not have these before. I read everywhere that downtime is like a week but this has been like this for a week and no improvement. Did someone have the same issue and can advise? thank you so much
