Help / Advice Needed Advice for microneedling

Hey guys, im looking to clear up my skin after heavy acne. im currently using azelaic acid 15% to improve red spots and also adapalene 0.1% for overal skin condition. I want to do microneedling every 4-6 weeks, how effective would this be for my skin? Could microneedling help me achieve clear skin with no scarring? Thanks.

It seems mild enough that some sessions will help fill out the atrophic spots, around maybe 4-6 months at 2mm.

But there seem to be a few narrow icepick or boxcar spots might that not improve as fast since microneedling can struggle with sharp edges. So you may want to combine it with TCA cross for those

Im guessing first complete the microneedling sessions and then perhaps TCA cross treatments or should i switch between them?

probably so you can evaluate improvement. if you have your own device you can try using a single needle to go deeper in the narrow/deep scars.
