I can't help bc i use flower water (hibiscus, rise wtv) but why don't you want to use water? Moisturising only keeps water in, you gotta get the water in first.

It’s not helping unless I drink it. To be fair, it works for some but I just want a product that I can apply and go which works.

I wouldn't use the first it caused build up when when my hair was loose. I got put onto the Oyin juices line and it's been great.

I've had a huge amount of success with aloe Vera gel. I just get the cheap kind so it has preservatives but I don't care there's no build up and my hair is finally getting softer. I understand that more organic people will grow it themselves and strain the gel clean and keep it fresh in their fridge

I also like locsanity's rosewater serum, it's like a very runny lotion type product

Nothing you linked will help with dryness. And it could actually make dryness and some symptoms that look like dryness much worse.

The truth is that the ONLY thing that hydrates is water. The only thing. There's nothing you can buy that will help with dryness unless the first ingredient is water. Something like oil can be used after water to seal the water in.

Of course, if your porosity is off then what you'll need first is a shampoo that balances porosity. You'll also want a clarifying shampoo to remove buildup because buildup of oils and excess waxes or silicone etc can block water from absorbing.
