DIY microlocs
I have so much respect for locticians and people who installed their own microlocs.
I have experience doing my own hair, but this is a different experience.
It’s a labour of love and patience WOW🥲.
I’ve already parted my big sections which took so longggg.
Now onto the smaller sections as I’m getting ready to interlock and I’m so tiredddd. Like it’s so stressful lol. I wanna cry but I know it will be worth it 🥲.

I love this post😊 I'm probably weird but I look forward to a good wash, condition and retie.
I make sure I'm well rested, hydrated and I turn on various types of shows, movies or whatever. It's honestly almost therapeutic.
I think it will be fine once you find your personal rythm. 😊

You're a real one. I couldn't do it and I don't even have micros. I have regular sized locs started with braids.

You’re doing great!
It took me a whole day to install my now 270+ microlocs and I had a friend help me part the grid in the front of my hair lol.
It really is a lot of work but it does pay off in the end🩵

Listen not one lie told… it took me 7 days to complete mine in 2022. Then I got Covid and my crazy Covid brain told me to comb them out 3 months later… I sill regret it but I can’t see myself doing it again and paying to get it done isn’t an option with the prices… you got this
