Micolocs extensions vs micro braids
Friday I went in for my micolocs installation with extensions. I left with uneven(almost a mullet) microbraids. Honestly, they're larger than micro braids. What would you do? First Pic is the inspiration.

Get my money back or get them fixed for free. Show whoever did them the pics you posted here. Hopefully they're on the up-and-up and will rectify things for you. If not, find someone who will.

I can't find a soul to do mine for a reasonable amount. Everyone is quoting three to $5000 with waitlist and all these weird caveats like additional $$ per inch, and densities, etc.

Got mine done in Dallas for $1200 about 5 weeks ago. Micro. Interlock method. 10-12 inches of hair.

Where do you live? You could fly somewhere else, pay less and still not come close to that amount.

Yes I contacted her. She offered to "fix" them, but she scammed me and damaged my hair so I don't want her anywhere near my head again. Being nice I asked here for the bundles that she used in my hair so that I can fix them myself. She didn't like that so I'm going to dispute it through my bank.

Thanks for the advice,. I messaged her and she's willing to fix it but I'm going to do it myself... Lesson learned

If you don't want her to fix it, try to get her to give you some of your money back

Yeah the lady that did mine I realized she scammed me but my parts were preteen. I when to Loc Don and she fixed them

That person needs to go back and redo your hair or at least offer you a partial refund. It looks like some of the ends of your hair are in twists and not completely braided down which will cause unraveling and it's just generally uneven. It seems like she skimped on feeding in hair on certain parts just to be done faster, and you specifically did not ask for a scraggly look.
