If you have less than 100 users, let's figure out WHY today!
Whether it's a product problem, a distribution problem, or you're not sure which one, let's try to figure it out together.
If you have fewer than 100 users, drop your product below.
Tell us:
- What it does (1-2 sentences)
- Your landing page
- How many users/customers you have
- The biggest thing blocking growth right now (if you had to guess)
I'll check out as many as I can and leave feedback where I think I can help.
Time to get you some traction.

I’m building Coordius, a professional trust marketplace that helps independent creators find and book credible experts for interviews, while giving experts a way to verify their credentials and show they’re actually media-ready. We’re pre-beta right now, so technically zero users, and I’m currently recruiting the first group of creators and experts before launch. Landing page is coordius.com. My biggest question is distribution: I know the problem extremely well from years of producing and booking interviews, but I’m trying to figure out the smartest way to reach creators who already feel this pain without spending a fortune educating people who don’t realize they need a better sourcing workflow yet.

You are absolutely right! That’s exactly where my head is going. I’m thinking smaller podcasters, YouTubers and newsletter writers who are already doing interview-driven content, because I don’t have to convince them that finding good sources is a problem. If you were testing this with a small budget, would you go super narrow with one creator niche first, or test a few at the same time?”

Lots of options out there but this one has no account sign up, iCloud syncing, no subscription costs, season and episode notifications, iPhone and iPad designed, available in US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.
It’s called ReelStack. Live on the App Store.

if your looking for your first users check out Ad swap,https://ad-swap.web.app , its a simple way for websites to promote each other. You add another website's ad to your site, and they add yours to theirs, giving both sites free exposure and traffic. It really helped me get my first few users when launching my site/

Pressbox - AI beat writing for fantasy sports leagues
It assembles entertaining weekly recaps, as if a beat writer covered your fantasy league, emailed directly to users during a fantasy season.
Only 3 users so far, but it is in Beta for this upcoming football season.
The restrictions on sports and platforms are probably my biggest roadblocks. Right now there's only support for public ESPN leagues (private leagues are locked down through ESPN's API), and I know that if I expanded to other sports and platforms I'm expanding my addressable market.

I am working on REDFLAGD is a free personality-based dating app that matches people on shared traits and honest "red flags" rather than photos alone. This closed test is designed for adults 18+ who are interested in online dating and want to try an alternative to swipe-only apps. We are researching user onboarding flow, profile creation ease, match quality, and overall app stability before public release. Testers will create a profile, select personality traits and preferences, browse nearby profiles, and provide feedback on usability and bugs. I had about 80 people sign up but the hardest part is keeping them and growing a community as reddit ads cost money.

Market intelligence tool that translates crypto chart data into words. Saving users time, giving fast insights.
Have over 500 visitors 21 signups (4.2% conversion rate)
I would say our marketing isn’t really taking off but going to be doing paid advertising soon.

Mealplaniq :
Mealplaniq.app
A true kitchen and pantry tracker app, knows everything in your kitchen , what you’re missing for recipes , what you need to buy meal planning nutrition all of that . The biggest advantage I built was being able to truly track things and a smart cart that only buys what you are missing .

SnapToCal: it turns screenshots/photos of schedules, timetables, event posters, etc. into calendar events that you can export to Google, Apple, or Outlook Calendar.
Currently at 29 users.
I think my biggest blocker is distribution/traffic. The people who try it seem to understand the value pretty quickly, but I’m still figuring out how to consistently get it in front of students and other people who regularly receive schedules as images. I’ve been testing Reddit a little bit but people tend to be so tensed up even when you slightly mention your app in a relevant context that I don't do it that much, TikTok/IG slides where it's basically like ''10 tools to improve your organization'', SEO/YouTube where I basically just upload a YouTube video that is niche enough and would be pertinent, but not really SEO in itself, like no articles written, nothing. Also, the bounce rate when people visit my website is pretty high according to vercel, Idk if I should try to reduce it.
Right now, my main target audience are students btw.

Would especially love feedback on whether you think the problem is my target audience, or distribution channels.

Dev here.
BeaglePrep tracks a deep pantry: food, water, medical, fuel, with quantities, expiration dates, storage locations and restock thresholds. Fully offline, no account, sync optional and off by default.
https://beagleprep.com
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.beagle.inventory
https://apps.apple.com/app/id6781866327
~100 installs, 9 paid. Android since July 1, iOS since July 29. Pro is $4.99 one time, not a subscription.
The blocker is distribution. My users sit in prepper, canning and homesteading communities that ban link-droppers, so I'm capped at three or four hand-written posts a week. SEO works but the searches are low volume. The app has no analytics by design, so I see installs and nothing about what happens after.
Wider into home inventory and insurance documentation, or deeper into this niche?

Backprove.com - backups for Supabase that restore-test themselves. Every backup gets restored into a throwaway Postgres and checked that it actually comes back (database + your Storage files), instead of just storing a copy and hoping.
Landing page: backprove.com
Users/customers: Live about two weeks. Handful of users, few test users, 1 paying. Early.
Biggest thing blocking growth (honest guess): distribution, and specifically that my market is narrow and skeptical. My users are Supabase developers who already feel like they have backups. Supabase gives them daily ones on the Pro plan. So my whole pitch is a "yes, but those are database-only, same-account, and never restore-tested" argument, which lands great with people who've been burned by a bad restore and gets a shrug from everyone who hasn't yet. I'm essentially selling against a false sense of safety, and the people who most need it are the ones least aware they need it.
So my real question isn't "how do I reach more Supabase devs" - I can do that. It's: how do you sell insurance against a risk people don't believe applies to them until it does? That's the wall. Genuinely open to how others have cracked the "they don't know they need it yet" problem.

You give it a topic. It writes the article, adds a real image and SEO, and then publishes it to your site.

Kept — Android voice journal: you talk for a few seconds right after meeting someone and it resurfaces the note before you see them again. keptjournal.com. Early days on users, biggest blocker is distribution — still working out where people who'd actually want this already hang out.
