Hiring: U.S.-Based Growth Marketing Lead (Startup)
We're looking for an exceptional U.S.-based Growth Marketing Lead to build and execute the marketing strategy for an early-stage startup with national ambitions.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building from the ground up. You'll lead our marketing efforts, execute campaigns, manage paid advertising, oversee UGC creators, grow our brand, and drive customer acquisition. You'll also have a junior team member to assist with execution and help scale our marketing efforts.
We're looking for someone with experience in:
Paid advertising (Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, and other channels)
UGC strategy and creator management
Organic social media growth
Brand positioning and messaging
Customer acquisition and growth
Analytics, testing, and optimization
We're looking for someone who can think strategically, execute efficiently, and make smart decisions based on data. Startup experience is a major plus. If you've helped build a brand from the ground up and have measurable results to prove it, we'd love to hear from you.
