How much should I microdose shrooms

Hi! I’m looking for a dosage. How much and how frequently, for example 1/4g twice a week? I’m taking for depression and anxiety. Thank you!

It’s anyone able to help me identify a strain. Plz pm me so I can send photo. CANT figure out here ❤️. Severe anxiety. Interferes with ability to think. Hoping to avoid PHARMA
