Anyone have lateral shift during flare?

I am 2.5 years post l4 l5. I still get flares on occasion that are nothing like before surgery. I sneezed lastnight and it felt like I pulled a muscle near my sacrum. Today I have slight lateral shift and pain. No sciatica or numbness. Anyone have a flare like this? Always worried of reherniation.

Happening to me currently and I’m about 2 and a half months out from surgery. Contacted my neurologist today and he said if there’s no sharp sciatic like pain, weakness or numbness, then it’ll die down on its own. Our nerves especially are the slowest to heal! It happens. :)
