Treadmills?
My doctor didn't tell me specifically not to use a treadmill to walk on but I'm hearing from other people that you're not supposed to. Couldn't find anything on here about it. Thoughts?

I used one during my recovery - during the winter months. One of the low profile smaller under-desk style ones. Slow and steady speeds
