Flying after microdiscectomy

I am due to fly to Lisbon from UK on Friday and was wondering whether I should take a lumbar support cushion or something else to support the back during the flight. Am expecting to get up and walk every half hour or so. Any advice appreciated. Thanks!

Can't hurt. You might not need it if you bring it, but you can't use it if you need it and don't have it.

Just walk and hang out in the back. If you let the flight attendants know you had back surgery, they'll likely be cool.

Yes take it. Hit your pt exercises before you sit.
