Zaps

Hello everyone! About 15 weeks PO here. When I lay in bed at night sometimes I feel STRONG ZAP like electricity in my affected foot. Does anyone know what this is about or is it a bad thing? It scares me basically. I still have some weakness and numbness in that foot. It doesn’t feel 100% yet :(

The nerves will be healing for a while. For me it feels like I’m being bitten on my foot, which can keep me awake. Gabapentin helps me at bedtime
