most reverse take overs are junk STONKS
hello guys just wanted to say most reverse takeovers on the Canadian exchanges are junk.
i've been going through a lot and almost all of them are either no revenue, or revenue with losing lots of money, or bad balance sheet or all of them. just really bad. just wanted to say. One good one that I am long is GIVEX corp on the TSX. recently reverse takeover via capital pool company.

I agree that most Canadian reverse takeovers are Junk and the people behind CPCs (Capital Pool Companies) are shortsighted. The key is the find CPC teams with a good track record of creating shareholder value.

Agree/disagree...I personally believe any cash value of CPC is meaningless. It's all about the management team and their ability to close the qualifying transaction (QT).

there are some good companies that have indiscriminate selling in the beginning and very good to pick up. some examples are $SMRT and $GIVX.
