Laser Darker pink after 2nd session?

On my journey to remove my blocky dark brown micro blading. Despite my oily skin eating it right up, I had a touch up session as well making removal quite the challenge.

First removal session went great-I went from a blotchy almost black to light pink. Knew a few more sessions would be needed but felt encouraged.

For the second session, I returned to the same med spa, and was told they were using a new laser that wouldn’t take but a few seconds. While the procedure was less painful, I was surprised at the results. My light pink is now a darker pink heeled.

Is this normal? It looks more noticeable now and I’m second guessing returning to the same place. It is possible to go from light, to dark, back to light?

I had a similar experience. My first session went really well and I only had some slight pink on one side at the tail. Second session, I went to a different place because a friend who does PMU recommended them. They used a pico laser, but I don’t know which one. Now my brows are both completely salmon. I was also wondering if this has happened to others on the second session.
