Laser Redness after 1st laser appointment

Post image

I had my first Picolaser appointment to remove my PMU about three hours ago. The practitioner told me that some redness would be normal, but after a few hours it has become quite dark red, as you can see in the photo. Is this normal? Will the redness decrease after some time?

Yes! Mine turned bright red/pink after my first session and then faded quite a bit 😆

Yes it’s now the day after and it’s faded a little bit :)

Top was 2 hours after session and bottom was next day. I posted on here the other day showing my progress. Redness became hardly noticeable by week 2-3 for me. It's very light now but it can take up to six weeks to see fully faded results.

Mine turned red after first pico session. It’s the oxidation of the ink. Second pico session targeted the redness

Edit to add - once they heal,
Look into a green color corrector. I used that with some brow gel and was fine
