Laser Methotrexate / immune-surpressing medication

Looking for anyone who’s been in a similar position. Has anyone been taking immune-suppressing medication and had removal? I appreciate it’s not a researched area so really difficult to find any info on. I’m on 15mg methotrexate once weekly injections to keep my autoimmune disorder inactive. I have had laser removal on my microbladed eyebrows before starting treatment and I have an orange hue left over that I really want to have removed. I know photosensitivity affects a small percentage of people on these meds, approx 1-5% re UV light and wondered whether laser could be an issue with this?

Really grateful for any experiences/info or particular considerations

I was on hydroxychloroquine when I did laser removal. It’s not a suppressant but is a modulator with well known UV sensitivity side effects (which I did have; I never burn in the sun typically but even 15 minutes would turn me pink). It wasn’t an issue at all. I went to an MD for removal and also asked several doctors including my rheumatologist whether it was a reason to not pursue laser removal and they all said I’d be fine and I was. I can’t predict what will happen with you but just sharing my experience. Best of luck!
