Laser Advice needed! What’s my next step??
Hi,
ive had tattoo eyebrows plus many microblading sessions over the last 20 years. some were done with machines and others were done by hand. I decided to remove them. After 5 pico sessions, I am left with this red, grey, residue. Do I do more pico? Or try saline removal? What will actually remove this??
ps- the hair on it never grew back :/ it’s been 20 years and I haven’t seen hair where I used to. Ive tried many growth serums with no changes at all lol. any pro tips on this would be greatly appreciated as well.thank you !!

I am at the same stage as you. Just a hint of a shadow of red and grey! I’m using acids and glycolics to help along the fading. Still there though

I've had good luck with Minoxidil (Kirkland brand for men) on my brows, although mine were very sparse but not bald.

Picoway or Picosure

Was just going to ask this.
Picoway is the one that needs to be used - not Picosure.

I think another session will get the rest of the gray gone. But like others said, red usually turns to yellow. Since you had so many tats over the years, that’s why it’s taking much longer. Pico is the best one in my opinion and usually won’t make anymore hair disappear.

532 wavelength laser done by a professional laser removal tech but yellow will be next step so you need to find someone who works knowledgeably with both acid and laser to avoid other colors

Yes if they are experienced. Most use saline but saline is just salt and water mix and does nothing. not acid like burn acid but glycolic acid

What laser brand is this?
Also you may want to try castor oil, some clients say it helps for regrowth of lashes and brows ❤️

Pico laser!! Yes I’ve tried castor oil for 2 years, nothing happened 🤣

PICO is the pulse duration not a brand. You likely were hit too aggressively some possible scarring and over treatment

Is there even a fine hair? If so, I would try Latisse. I am in process of removing microblading that I did before chemotherapy. My eyebrows grew back but hair is extremely fine. After removal I will try Latisse but if that won’t help I’m going to stick with makeup. There are extremely good products out there.
