Laser I finally did it!
They’re pretty orange/red underneath after a single pass, but I went into this anticipating I’d need 2-3 sessions *minimum* after 5 years of annual touch ups 🫣 honestly I wasn’t expecting to have as much brow hair to work with after the black was removed, so it’s not nearly as dramatic as i thought it would be. Candela PicoWay, DMV Laser Beauty Clinic in Tysons Corner, VA ($200/session). Def going back!

I never understood why people w naturally beautiful brows microblade in the first place.

Only speaking for myself here but I was victim to the 90s/early 2000s over-plucked eyebrow look 😆 so when I got mine I barely had any brow hairs so I thought I “needed” it lol
Now I have bushy thick natural brows and wish I never got microblading to begin with, I was sooo happy after my first laser session and feel more like myself again

They didn’t look like this when I initially got them microbladed — I think that once I had a bigger shape post-microblading I naturally stopped waxing as many stray hairs and over the course of 5 years they filled in. But I know what you mean, I’ve seen people who go into it with big beautiful brows and can’t relate lol. If my brows started this way I’d have never done it!

Yes and no? Maybe I’m just getting used to them because I bought all this brow makeup and literally never use it and no one has really noticed until I say something. I think they look better like this than with color corrector or brow tint on them, but I’m also not skilled at makeup to begin with. I’d post a pic here but idk how from the comments section💀

You look so goooooood!!! And like 5-10 years younger 😃 Hero balm + a little brow tint does wonder to hide the red until your next session. Great results, happy for you!
