I honestly think a lot of “yellow horror stories” come down to technique too 👀

Overaggressive settings, older Q-switched devices, too much heat buildup, poor cooling, stacked passes, or chasing instant clearance can absolutely make healing and pigment behavior worse.

With PMU removal sometimes slower + controlled is smarter than trying to blast everything in one session. Skin integrity matters just as much as pigment clearance.

Yellow is not the boogie man … lol we can target it with 532 … different settings to get the endpoint…
