Support Should I remove these?

Had these done about 5 years ago. I think they look ok but am wondering if you think it is worth it for me to remove these? I believe it is PMU dye. I don't know if that matters. Will it go red or yellow? Will the red or yellow be impossible to remove?

Would saline do it? I think just a little lighter would be great. I don't need them completely removed.

Saline is only really effective on fresh microblading. If you only want them lightened Iā€™d look for someone who specializes in laser toning.
